The Peninsula Regent was founded in 1986 by a local development team, BAC Associates. The policy for the building operations and the community itself is determined by a non-profit corporation, Bay Area Senior Services, Inc., with the input of the residents. We purposely structured our success to be contingent upon the quality of life at The Peninsula Regent, for we believe it takes that extra drive to create the excellence we’re striving to achieve.
